Buggy Servin's: Nectar, Lady Bug Spots (meatballs); maggots (rice); leaf rollers (rolls); worms (sliced, boiled weenies); beetle wings (chips); butterfly cake and cupcakes. A very tast meal for the hungry bugs.Lorie the Bee; Austin the Spider; Carlee the Butterfly, Coco the Baby Butterfly; Drew the Moth (with a costume topped-off with baby powder--he sure smelled GOOD!).
The friendly caterpillar: Steve, Denise, Daniel, Ryan, Jacob and Isaac--the segments soon dispersed! 
Chris and Ryan arrived late--sorry didn't get a photo of them. They were wrapped together in a blanket--two bugs, snug in a rug!!!

It was fun to hang out together, eat and play games. Thanks, family, for putting up with my nonsense.

Thanks for the fun party! I think it turned out to be more of a a "cute bug ball" because everyone looked so great! I still can't get over the adorable red eyelashes that topped off your "ladybug costume". You sure did well for being less than 2 weeks out of major surgery, Arlene.
We did have a great time at the bug ball. Thanks for planning such fun things for the family. We missed those who couldn't be there. We hope you continue to heal.
